A twin room is a private room. no other people will be sharing the room with you. The bathrooms and WC will be shared.

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to check in after midnight? My flight in Vienna arrives at 11pm, and I will still need time to get to the city.

It is no problem to arrive to the hostel any time after 15:00 as long as you checked in online before midnight. our online check ins advantage is that you can check in using your device from anywhere in the world.

the lockers fit quite big luggage. in case you need to lock up seperate goods we can recommend the luggage starage at the trainstation.

We include a small towel for free. there is no curfew or breakfast service at the DosTepInn Central. Ther eare several bakeries at the trainstation and in the surrounding area of the hostel.

The location of the hostel was very good. It can be said that it is right next to Belvedere Palace.

Products such as pillows and duvets could have been better. The fact that the pillow is so small and hollow prevents you from getting a good sleep.

It is nice and clean. A bit too minimal

Nice and clean double bed room with spacios kitcen area

We missed some more lights and shelf in the room and there was no duvet for the blanket only one extra bedsheet.

Good

Beds are like the capsule hotel but bigger, so you have your privacy. Everything is quite new and clean. You have a code to enter and to your room, so no keys required.

The system was faulty, so it took me an hour to do the check in. There's no reception (as it's s do it yourself check in) so the cleaning lady had to help me and another person who had the same issue.

Wonderful

The possibility to use cantine and storage area after check out is very useful and appreciated for any person having late flight so that's my favourite thing. The bathrooms were clean.

The mattress and the pillow wasn't comfortable (11/1).

Cosy hostel in a convenient place

You're right beside the metro station and train station so that's very handy. There's a 24 hour store right across from you if you're hungry or thirsty. Supermarket right next door with Aldi a 5 minutes walk away. Also convenient launderette nearby. Kitchen had a vending machine for snacks or coffee and plenty of communal space to sit down.

Checking in was a bit confusing I didn't understand how to unlock the bed so I had to message staff. Otherwise I can't fault the place

The location of the hostel is perfect. 2-3 minute walk from the Vienna central station. The place is constantly cleaned by two ladies.

Overall pleasant stay

It is very clean and modern, and the facilities were great, the showers and bathroom were spotless, and the kitchen and lounge area was very nice.

There wasn’t any proper air conditioning, especially considering the beds are technically a closed box! We found it extremely hot and dificult to sleep. Also there was very little information provided about check in. It was all online and there were codes required to enter the hostel, room and your bed, which can be very confusing, with no staff on hand to answer any questions.

Wonderful and good location to stay. Close to main train station and subway. Amenities close by. Simple clean rooms.

Good location to train station and subway. Having luggage storage facility was a bonus. We had a late train to take. We had the luggage, bathrooms and common kitchen facility to use even after checking out. Supermarket nearby, but to note that they close on Sundays.

No staff to be around if you needed any help.

Adequate accommodation in a good location close to the train station and metro.

Good location next to train station and metro station. The bed is completely lockable like a wardrobe with a lock (not when you are inside, but you can close the door from the bed).

Complicated check-in due to the necessary detailed registration in the accommodation provider's app. The bed was not made. The towel smelled a bit.

a great option for stopover -- just steps from the Hauptbahnhof! -- safe & clean

Very very very close to the main train station (hauptbahnhof). The cubicles are workable -- lights, but no plugs inside. Comfy for sleep. Bathrooms & showers are clean. The kitchen space & eating /hanging out space, very very comfy. Thumbs up to the staff on-hand, they were helpful about my bed choice!!! Location is easy enough to walk downtown. I've stayed there before, so I knew what to expect. Luggage storage before & after, but I don't recall seeing any lockers in the room itself -- I guess you could "sleep" with it in your cubicle!

For me, the sleeping cubicles are a bit claustophic. You can "shut" the wooden door, but it's not my favorite choice (I prefer curtains.) They are kinda dark inside, so, "be careful" that you don't leave anything inside when you leave! The room itself is a bit small, if everyone has suitcases.

Comfortable stay in a superb location

Right by the main station, ideal if you have a train to catch. Hostel is also next to a supermarket. Hostel was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The check in process was very convoluted. I eventually managed it, but would've easier to check in by a human. I guess it may be one of hostel's USP
